In der Cosmia stand letztens ein kleiner Bericht zum Thema Sonnenschutz:

"Wer viele Tomatenprodukte zu sich nimmt, kann offenbar einen natürlichen UV-Schutz aufbauen." So die Aussage in der Zeitschrift Cosmia.
Der Eigenschutz der Haut erhöhte sich nachweislich bei den Probanden, die 3 Monate lang 55 g Tomaten mit Olivenöl zu sich nahmen. Ursache hiefür könnte der Farbstoff Lycopin sein, der in Tomaten natürlich vorkommt.
Auf Sonnencreme sollte jedoch nicht verzichtet werden... Blinzeln
