Es sind nun 14 Tage vergangen...
Die Trübung des Ingwer-Apfelessigauszugs ist gleich geblieben.
Es sieht so aus, als ob die Flüssigkeit mehr geworden ist und der Ingwer an Volumen verloren hat.
Auch verlor der Ingwer seine ursprüngliche Färbung.

   

Eine Woche noch...
Geduld in allen Dingen führt sicher zum Gelingen.
