Das Oxymel mit den Schisandrabeeren ist sehr lecker. Die Farbe ist toll, ein schönes Beerenrot!

Also man kann das Oxymel sehr gut damit machen, es schmeckt weder sauer noch bitter.

Ich habe auf die Menge Honig und Essig ca. eine Handvoll Beeren gegeben und ca. drei Wochen ziehen lassen.
