Mein "Oximel", welches keines ist, sondern ein Smoothie, ist ähnlich:

1 Apfel + 1 Dattel + 1/2 Feige + ca. 4 Scheiben Ingwer
mit halb Getreidemilch und halb Wasser im Hochleistungsmixer pürieren.

Mir schmeckt es sehr gut, und vor allem: Ich mache es oft.
Was nützen mir die besten Vorsätze und Beschreibungen, wenn es nur beim Lesen bleibt. Wow
